Had a great time in the room - they had a fridge, and the bed was super cozy. The location was so chill, not noisy at all. Plus, it's near shopping spots and a cool cafe. 🛍️ I even grabbed some pizza at the restaurant close by!

Overall exceptional hotel, I came here with my kid. Booked a room with a fridge. The location was peaceful and nice - just a walk down to everywhere I wanted to go. The restaurant was lovely for the bar and restaurant and for every budget.

Modern hotel, the staff were absolutely professional and very friendly. We ate in the lovely restaurant for the bar and restaurant which was reasonably priced. There was a spacious bathroom. The location was quiet and nice, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Catch Air Grand Rapids Amusement Center. Everything was simply pleasant.

The rooms here are modern, new, and well-equipped, with a working TV 📺. The services provided are excellent. Additionally, it's in a good location, close to a night club for some after-hours fun.

The rooms are newly renovated and have a modern industrial style. You can enjoy watching Netflix while relaxing in the room, and there's a convenient shower curtain for privacy. The location is peaceful and super convenient, only a 10-minute stroll away from the Woodland Mall 🛍️.

Every time we stay in Grand Rapids, like to stay here. This is modern and exceptionally clean hotel with brand-new rooms and attentive staff. This is a quiet and comfortable location in Grand Rapids. It is found in a very nice area. The pizza restaurant in the venue is lovely for the bar and restaurant.

We loved how conveniently located the hotel was, allowing us to easily walk to nearby attractions. The room was clean and modern, with updated furnishings that made it feel comfortable and inviting. The front desk staff provided excellent service, ensuring that we had everything we needed during our stay.

The property was exceptional with attentive staff. I loved the room with a properly functioning tv. The location of the hotel was quiet and nice - not too far away from a night club. The breakfast was low cost, the check in was friendly. Actually everything was pleasant, my next choice again in Grand Rapids.

I thought it was overpriced and badly decorated. We did not gave soap, shampoo or lotion in our room. The carpet was wet and sticky in the room. The pool has been decorated to look like a family water park. But the pool is small and the room is carpeted. I would not go back or recommend it.

No refrigerator or microwave. Staff said that those were only provided in their suites but no suites were available (even though the hotel seemed empty)
